Roboshi to be fair, Steppenwolfe is a henchmen of one of the DC universe big bads, Darkseid. If I remember correctly one of Thanos’ original creators literally admitted the character is a ripoff of Darkseid. So it makes sense their henchmen might seem interchangeable...that being said. The fight with the Thanos goons at the beginning of Infinity War is exceptionally memorable at least partially for having some of the best banter in the whole MCU. It helps that the characters in the MCU have actual...character unlike the cardboard cutouts in this spate of DC films. This movie fucking sucks and as a DC fanboy I’m sad they can’t make a good movie to save their lives.

Once again the animated universe did it right. In the show (the classic early 2000’s one) the characters always had to grapple with their conflicting ideologies while on the job. Not only that but they took time to have quiet character moments where each member of the team talked about their woes and fears, and those conversations connected you to them, reinforcing the authenticity of their bond.

It's a terrible finale to the trilogy, with no stakes, and no consequences, that has one of the worst villains ever put in a comic book film in the face of Aldrich Killian. And I'm not "retarded" for thinking that. Also, the director of Iron Man 3 employed his pеdо friend in his subsequent films, starting with this one, because his friend needed a job, and he never told anyone with whom he was working on that film about what he's done. Which makes it even worse.

I agree with you on how terrible Katana was introduced in that garbage heap that is Suicide Squad, but Marvel wouldn't do that with Thor if this were to happen. Thing is, even in the comics, Katana is not an important character at all. She's not nearly as imperative to the franchise as someone like Thor is to the MCU. She was just kinda there. Your comparison would work better with one of the Guardians like Gamora or Mantis.

I'd take Eisenberg as Lex over Leto as Joker a million times over. If he was given more screentime/development I feel like people would've warmed up to him. And there's no reason he should have won a razzie over Leto, that's fucking ridiculous. The rooftop scene with him and Superman was the best scene of the movie. And Eisenberg was at least doing something unique, and he looked like the only cast member who gave a shit. Affleck was an emo little boy as Batman, Cavill was boring, etc.. He was interesting at least.

@@KZreadChannel-dk5xv He stated very seriously and clearly in another video, not in a skit, that he was ending his reviews (the main series on his channel)...effectively basically ending his channel. He didn't just come up with that in this skit as a joke, he stated it sincerely in another video. So this person is right to be confused by that ending being that it was a skit. He said he planned to do one or two more reviews of big movies and that would be it.

If BvS has actually understood how to construct an evil conspiracy, then having her unravel it and get too close could’ve been a great way to make her character somewhat interesting and actually relevant. Like a lot of things, the idea was there but the execution was terrible.

throwing glass bottles in the ocean isnt that bad. Glass isn't going to be consumed by animals, because it doesnt look like a jellyfish or something like that. Bottles can also be used as homes for smaller creatures such as an octopus.

You've got to admire the writing ability of someone to make an ensemble movie and make 5 out of the 6 of the ensemble completely obsolete by the end.

As a CGI artist, it is much easier to add a moustache to a bare face than it is to take a moustache away, and the results are much more convincing. A little known and rather petty fact is that the studio tried to capitulate -- They asked that if Cavill could shave his moustache for the reshoots, that their VFX department would actually add a CG moustache to Cavill on MI:F -- for free. It was still refused, presumably out of spite.
