dude I have been enjoying all the Montauk vids for like 15 yrs,, and you have brought a new way to present 8hrs of fishing in a shots few minutes,,,,, I like that expression that;s the end of the road' I think that was from my childhood,, so it is hardwired,,,,,,,anyway,,,, it sucked that you did not get into a nice bunch of ( small) bass at least I guess even Montauk ( or uh the places you hit), just did not have fish ,, maybe it was a tide thing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I learned from an old timer, he said the first guide you will break is the tip so to keep fishing you should carry a new tip a lighter and the glue stick to melt and repair and he was right.

Ok got a question that you must of come across. A rig for casting but has a rocky bottom. I'm on the northshore Long Island fishing the sound from the shore. We lose gear all the time. Sinkers snagging tried floats the fly on casts. Any answers other then move where we are fushing? Just thought I'd throw this on out to you. There must be a way to float a light lure with a float and have that sinker for distance casting. 😆

Hey man, Great videos. You keep producing this level of content and your channel is going to blow up, the production value, the story telling and the flow is just as good as anyone I watch on here. I found you because I just moved back to Long Island after growing up here and I just got the 4x4 fishing pass for my truck. Been trying to get back out to nature and fish like i used to as a kid, if we live in this beautiful place why not take advantage of it. Now i just need to buy my first Surf Casting Setup! Cant wait for my first catch and do some #SmoochAndRelease Keep up the great work man!
