Alonsos performance is really surprising this year - never thought that possible - also if Seb is a good developer in cars who handed it over to Alonsos. His #2 place in Monaco is an awesome achievement.

Totally agree. And he had a lock on Schumacher. Very very good driver. And just like Mika, he quit in style. Can't be said of all F1 world champions.

@@charles6084 1 championship in 10 years, not an oustanding driver at all. lol No wonder he left, he saw what was coming, he couldn't compete with Lewis, Max on the verizon, he couldn't take it, so he exited the box quickly - smartest move he made.

Great to see a loving and happy couple being open and answering questions. I know Nico has a busy life but we missed him on KZread. Nice to see him back. 😊

What a fab couple. Balanced/Grounded. I've had a great international corporate career. But at 55 collapsed, lost my memory, was homeless and now have an incurable/progressive neurological disease. But I am passionate about photography.... and against all odds, happy. Great to see you both acknowledge your privileged lifestyle. This instantly means you deserve it. Ein tolles, tolles Paar! Ausgezeichnet.

Good to see and hear you Nico and the interaction of the both of you. What a fabulous duo!!! I rate Nando 10/10 this year. He's as committed and as relentless as ever. So very glad that finally he has a decent car under him. Hopefully the Aston will eventually be good enough to be a consistent winner for him to get his third crown. All my very best to you and all of yours.

It's been long to see a podcast on your channel, Nico. Bring someone like Kimi or Seb, I'm sure it will be a blast.

That's a very closed minded view, and very interesting that you singled out Lewis. Just because he and Lewis chose different paths doesn't make one or the other better or of greater value. It's all in what makes the individual happy. For Nico, that's marriage and kids. For Lewis, that's his career. Doesn't mean he won't have a family one day if that's what he decides, but for now, that's not the priority. Lewis has the love and support of his family and close friends, and that's all anyone can ask for. In my opinion they're both winning and I wish them well.

Lewis has spoken about not getting involved with anyone seriously while he's still racing, and Nico spoke about his family being a priority, and that's one of the reasons he left the sport.
