Momofuku Chef Makes Tangy Chili Pork Noodles

These Tangy Chili Pork Noodles are inspired by Dan Dan Noodles, one of our favorite Sichuan dishes, but made with our Momofuku pantry products. This quick and easy recipe comes together in about fifteen minutes with our Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles, Momofuku Rice Vinegar, our Tingly Seasoned Salt which has Sichuan peppercorns, and Momofuku Extra Spicy Chili Crunch. (If you just have regular Momofuku Chili Crunch, that works too - but we like the extra heat for these noodles.)
From start to finish, watch Chef Pablo Vidal lead you through how to make these Tangy Chili Pork Noodles. He also shares insights and pro tips on how to improve your home cooking.

No doubt that was Momofuku white sugar from the Momofuku sugar plantation. (4:10). White sugar in a stir fry, by the way. Just don't!

I think the products would be more of a success if you didn’t make recipes that had Momofuku everything. Offer up something the everyday cook is likely to make using 1 or 2 ingredients from momofuku first. I was surprised he didn’t use momofuku peanut butter or momofuku sugar lol .

Well it's a good thing you are not in charge of marketing. "We have our own soy sauce here at Momofuku, but just to please people like Jaler and to improve the success of our products we are going to add Kikkoman soy sauce"... This is a pretty simple recipe. You honestly can't just make this with what ever the hell brand of ingredients you have at home? Are you slow?

I just made this yesterday, wasn’t too salty at all. The flavoring salt isn’t as salty as regular salt and you can add quite a bit more without over-salting. The sauce packet is also pretty mild, especially for meat. Even that soy sauce is a lot more sweet/savory than the regular store bought stuff. The sugar and peanut butter balance everything out really well, too. I thought this turned out delicious.

Don’t order from this company. It has been 10 days since I ordered and my package STILL hasn’t arrived at the post office. Customer service will just send a generic email saying they already sent the package and refuse to help you further. Now customer service isn’t even responding to my emails. Time to dispute the charge and get my money back! I will NEVER order from this company again due to piss poor customer service. Tiffany needs to get fired.
