Most of the food you eat has probably been frozen at some point. Freezing is a proper way to keep food as long as you do it properly. Do you expect the animal to be killed, exsanguinated, skinned, butchered and then plopped on the grill instantly? There is a process and it takes place miles and miles from your home unless you do it yourself. Sorry, everytime Ramsey dunks on "is this frozen?!" It's like.. yes. Yes that's the way we do things. That's the way everyone does things, even you.

Yes. Love your comment. Has to go both ways. For example I took myself out to a really nice bar. It was busy and still the bartender was able to greet me talk with me for a bit about some questions I had about spirits. All this while he was shaking or stirring. Everyone says you can tip less at the bar but I’d almost say the opposite. You have to realize how much those guys are contributing to the restaurant in terms of finances and experiences for guests

2:07 You gotta feel terrible for the chef, and his reaction says it all. He wants to hear the genuine critique on the dish and the owner just shuts it down immediately. He even acknowledged what was wrong with it after it was explained again.

Constantly asking if things are frozen sets an unrealistic expectation of restaurants. Obviously some things should be fresh, but every single ingredient? @Sean _ Wages of serving staff are criminally low. They have to rely on tips to earn a living. People served terrible food do not tip generously, no matter how good the service. So, a server in a poorly managed restaurant with a bad menu or unskilled chef has a legitimate right to expose others' incompetence because the server is not at fault yet bears the consequences

@Sean _ Her wages are probably $3 an hour. 80-90% of her income is tips. There's always another job out there. Further, if you died tomorrow, your job would have you replaced within a week. She is a server, she has no control over the kitchen or the menu or the way the place is run.

Vs medium rare to medium rare/more on rare side when eating a dry aged rib eye or something more lean....youd be amazed, the people who ONLY ate frozen prepared meals, canned food, all preseverstives...etc.... Their taste buds is born and raised for the real shit quality but cannot understand that some people think its 1000% garbage. I had aunt...coffee and cigarettes and in the 1950's in surburbs of jersey...my g ma did NOTHING BUT. Old ass white people food (canned, frozen, no seasoning beaides tons of salt, touch of pepper and MAYBE if the food os fancy enough like frozen meat from a tv dinner..garlic powder I remember asking once, if they want to add the "organic, non gmo, steak seasoning that is locally owned, and uses like 9 different igrediants and is so FUCKING perfect for a steak, especially when u grill fresh steak daily for dinner. Easy and taste good. My g ma preferred not using steak seasoning cause "it changes the flavor, and just isnt for her" Sooooooo used to tasting frozen meat that is salty, weirdly sweet (a touch of sweet). And no spice or complexity cause her taste buds, its sooooooo left field that it makes her feel indifferent....like...bro....its just some fresh rosemary. Jesus........ But garbage good. Especially liking the classic garbage food over real diversity or food is lefitmately an "aquired taste"

Oh, it was a unique presentation, the chef had that right. Actually one of the best french onion soups I have ever had was made with a thin crust of cheese & bread over it. Although it was a thin layer, not like that heaping mess in this video and the soup really had a lot of taste. So, I do not think the idea of a crust on top is bad, but in this particular instance it is a example of what not to do.

I like the ones like that where he then comes in and eats and goes to the kitchen and says yeah, that was really good. You see more of that in the brittish edition though. The show for america was designed to be more confrontational and ass kicking.

ever notice the places that say customers never complain, always have old customers who probably don't have much taste buds left? They're probably just happy its mush they don't have to chew on.

I love the manner in which she says “probably” in answering whether the steak was frozen. She all enthusiastic as if she is enjoying encouraging that shit show.
