Molly and Adam Make Pork Marbella | From the Test Kitchen | Bon Appétit
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Join Molly Baz and Bon Appétit Editor in Chief Adam Rapoport in the Test Kitchen as they make Pork Marbella. We took a classic Chicken Marbella recipe and made it weeknight-friendly by using quick-cooking pork tenderloin instead. The meat is marinated and then cooked in those same delicious juices, which get turned into a luscious sweet-and-sour pan sauce.

@@TheEnneite It's not about the quality. In fact chances are, industrial produced pork has less a chance of being fed any type of meat than "farm fresh" pork. It comes down to trusting the source on if the pigs were ever fed meat and I'm not one to trust. So I'll either cook it well or just avoid it all together. You do you shouldn't encourage others with just the simplistic description of "good quality pork."
Molly unapologetically schooling her boss in front of an international audience is everything.

You’re telling me the former editor in chief of Bon Appetit 1. Didn’t know why to crush garlic 2. Doesn’t understand why to salt meat directly 3. Thinks dried spices are indicative of decade 4. Rolled his eyes at food plating and made fun of Molly’s “rustic” setup, when he edits a CoOKiNG MaGAzInE?? Hindsight being 20/20 what the heck did this guy do to get his position, and how did he have the audacity to underpay part of his staff who could clearly cook/research/edit/teach circles around him?? The fact that Molly literally developed the recipe and this bozo walks in, reads her paper, tells her to change some things because of “””his vision””” acts for the whole video like he’s the expert while making little comments like “oh I don’t know why this happens but sure”, then dips out once the fun visual part is over, is such a laugh are you kidddding? Even outside of recent events this man had no business leading this business.

I love Molly... And hate to see him patronize her... 😒
andy constantly surprising me with laughs. hes so unintentionally funny sometimes.
I live for the side eye of all the other chefs when the finished dishes are presented in these videos, like “hmm well I would have....” 😂 I love it because it’s so true, every palette is different and it’s good to have different perspectives.
"Dynamic eating experience." Say no more! Yummmmmmm!
Brad and Andy are the absolute best. They couldn't be more different yet somehow both perfectly represent what the BA test kitchen is all about.
This has become one of my family's staple meals. It's our favorite thing I make and when I make it everyone wants to come over for dinner or be sent leftovers bc It's so good I make ALOT of it. In fact I made it this year for me and my boyfriend on valentines day and my mother was extremely jealous. Thank you BA you're reliable for some of the best recipes and cooking knowledge.
Watching Molly handle Sometimes Annoying Guy like a boss was the best part of the video. Makes me wonder if Molly has older brothers.
It's like they each have different recipes and are competing to see which will win.

Adam is... an interesting addition to the test kitchen. Our girl is a trooper.
The sass at 5:25 is magic! That face says, you’re the boss, how do you not know? 😂😂😂
