Professional chefs and cooks are that for a reason. Years of training and practice, time management and organisation, communication whilst focused on the tasks at hand etc. I'd imagine this demonstration would be a walk in the park to him over the rapid process of working and running busy kitchens in previous years. Lots of great Gordon quotes in this one; some of my favorites are "that spicy union powder is going to get that pork the color it deserves" and "a touch of kitchen roll"
Wanted to try this recipe before I cooked for 6 guests. As an accomplished chef Gordon can do it in 10 minutes no doubt. But I could not cook the salsa and pork simultaneously. I cooked them one after another, so it took 20 minutes. The result was still very good. I am now confident that I can cook for my guests next week. Thank you Gordon for showing us this inspiring dish 🙏👍👏
