the ending caught me off guard ! 😅

This shower head was easy to install within a few minutes, and looks great! I've been using a cheap-o plastic shower head with no adjustable functions, and this is an excellent upgrade. I really like that this showerhead is brushed nickel rather than chrome coated plastic, and the head is sturdy and solid. I love all of the different settings, and the massage ones are excellent for getting clay masks out of my long hair quickly! I'm definitely going to be glad for this showerhead when I henna my hair again- that stuff is so hard to wash out with low pressure. I also like how flexible this hose is compared to the cheap plastic one I had- it's much easier to move the hose around, and keep the hose out of the way. This showerhead is well built, and seems like it can hold up to a lot of use in my shower. It even comes with a hair catcher (I needed one of those) and some thread tape. I love this showerhead, and it's a great deal for the price! I purchased an Engage, but was directed to the Attract installation video. There is a difference in Product Specs. The Engage Product Specs. list in the description of the 6 handshower functions 3 that are missing functions-relaxing message, message, and soothing message. In contrast, the WaterPic shower head I replaced had a definite pulse to achieve the effect of a message. Is this not a misrepresentation of the product offering message functions when none are available?

Bought two(one for each bathroom) and both have a leak coming from the magnetic dock on the main shower head not the wand. Any suggestions?

Hey, MOEN ! I've had my 26100 Magnetix shower wand installed for about 10 months now and it seems to be leaking or oozing some kind of silicone lubricant or gel. Is there some kind of lubricant embedded in the hose or elsewhere in the assembly ? My hands are getting "greasy" each time I begin a shower. I have to actually wash my hands while the wand is running and use that soap on my hands to wash off the wand. And before some smart ass says it: No, I'm not some greasy bastard with pizza hands ! It's appears that after I run the water through the wand for a moment or two that the slippery, greasy silicone shows up. I'm not using tremendously hot water either that might be melting whatever is on the inside of the hose or wand. What's up with this situation ? Anybody else running into this problem ? I really like this wand - I have converted my shower into a handicapped shower after my back went out. I really want to ( have to ) keep using it, but it's like I have to wash my hands as I'm using it.

Shower Arm Flange and Shower Arm IS included OR NOT in the box MOEN Brecklyn Single-Handle 6-Spray Tub and Shower Faucet with Magnetix Rainshower Combo in Spot Resist Brushed Nickel?

I have one and it’s been up for about 6 months the magnet is not holding it what can I do

Good morning Sharon. The Attract with Magnetix hand held shower head has a flow rate of 1.75 GPM max. Our Product Specialists are available if you need further technical assistance. They can be reached Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm EST.

The tutorial said you need a wrench (the video it looks like Groove Joint Pliers were used). Next I need to choose whether or not to use V-Jaw Groove Joint Pliers or not. I can't tell in the video which one he is using. Finally, I need to figure out what size would be good to use in general. 8 in, 10 in, 12 in. 16 in., or 20 in. This isn't my area of expertise, so I'll guess. 12 in. Groove Joint Pliers might work (No V-Jaw). Hope I chose wisely.

Looking closely at the video, and also the actual application, I'm going to choose the V-Jaw Groove Joint Pliers.

My shower ball does not tighten enough to hold the thing up. Terrible product.
