Super video!!! It's for exactly the shower head I got, and your directions are clear and understandable. Moen again modified the water restrictor. It now has a metal collar which requires more effort to dig it out, but I got it! THANK YOU😉

Thanks for making this video; your tip to install the first piece of the mount and then second made this an easier install than the last time I tackled a similar one.

This shower head was easy to install within a few minutes, and looks great! I've been using a cheap-o plastic shower head with no adjustable functions, and this is an excellent upgrade. I really like that this showerhead is brushed nickel rather than chrome coated plastic, and the head is sturdy and solid. I love all of the different settings, and the massage ones are excellent for getting clay masks out of my long hair quickly! I'm definitely going to be glad for this showerhead when I henna my hair again- that stuff is so hard to wash out with low pressure. I also like how flexible this hose is compared to the cheap plastic one I had- it's much easier to move the hose around, and keep the hose out of the way. This showerhead is well built, and seems like it can hold up to a lot of use in my shower. It even comes with a hair catcher (I needed one of those) and some thread tape. I love this showerhead, and it's a great deal for the price! Thanks so much for this. Two questions: 1) When I took apart the swivel per your recommendation, there is a white plastic circle piece. In the video it looks like you have that piece on the threaded part of the shower arm, vs. on the inside of the swivel, which is where it was when I separated the swivel from the base. I tried putting mine on the shower arm thread and it was too big so I kept it on the inside of the swivel. Mine is working without leaking but I'm a paranoid worrywort. 2) Do you agree that the shower head is kind of naturally pointed a little too downward? I can push my base up but it sags back down just a bit, and if I push it up higher eventually the head just comes off the magnet because the base has no more room to go. Nothing too crazy, but I'm so bad at this stuff I'm wondering if I did something wrong, though it seems kind of impossible given how basic the installation is. Thank you!

Will this work on a pre-existing ball joint shower arm? 🤔 My shower has an adapter on the ball but I noticed this setup also has a ball. P.S. Great video!

Very good instructions but you were incorrect as to the plumber tape which I needed as it was leaking from that area. The plumbers tape stopped the leak. Thanks very much.

The issue with plastic on plastic connectors is that they will start to leak after a few thread/unthread cycles. I avoid tightening them until the final installation. Tape works great but normally not needed for plastic on plastic connections. I use plumber tape for all other connections.

We’re using it every day. There’s no issue with pressure but if you had a flow issue, you can remove the flow restrictor.

Thanks for sharing? Do you know if it can be opened up for cleaning? Where I live, the water has some tiny pieces of debris that can clog the showerhead. Calcium deposits don't worry me because soaking it overnight in vinegar takes care of that, but I would need to open it up to remove the debris I mention.

I have no idea. If you put it in vinegar, you could always try backwashing the remains residue it so the water runs out the hose end.

Moen has made a number of variants off of this design. The 3662 model is one offering a brushed nickel metal shell overlaying a plastic core that's very sturdy and a bit weighty. It makes the 26112 and 26115 models feel too light, as they've got a thin coating over mostly plastic. But all of these shower heads feel rather poor with the stock restrictor left in place. I've got ample water pressure and was shocked at how miserable my 3662 felt. So I removed the restrictor and performance was quadrupled.

Where can I find a replacement for the plastic magnetic head? Thanks!

Can the shower head be adjusted up and down or side to side while on the holder? I have seen reviews where the plastic connection breaks. Have you had any problems?

I found that while you can adjust the angle to suit your needs, you can’t leave it loose or the head will sag. I set it up as needed and move the head by loosening the screw when needed.

The button no longer works…. Any suggestions on how to fix.. the spray is stuck on the small center direct.

It’s probably clogged up. Soak it in CLR or vinegar and see if that helps.

My leaks maybe I need the tape sucks that they don’t add it with the product

Normally you don't need to add tape when there's a plastic-to-plastic connection. My guess is you might have tightened it too much. Finger tight is all you really need.

My attract came with 3 washers. Does one go in the connection to the arm? Moen says no, UT it keeps leaking no matter what I do.

One goes to the hand piece, the other goes in the main connector. Hand tighten. Don’t use tools. If you try to use a tool, it will overtighten and leak.

Does this work with UK showers please?

The shower head is 1/2 inch NPT. In the UK the standard is 1/2 inch BSP. If you have standard plumbing in your home, you’re good to go. You can always get an adapter if it’s not 1/2”.

mine didn’t even come with the gaskets and i don’t know the size of them. it’s been hell

It can be moved by loosening the screw slightly. Don’t overtighten or force it as it’s made of plastic.
