This has happened to me when i had my boosted civic eg hatch thing was clean fresh paint and a Giant intercooler in the front i got surrounded front and rear because they couldnt see my front plate that was in my window 😂 im in oregon so they dont give a shit whats done to the car thankfully.

Tip: next Time u pass a cop going over speed limit immediately pull into the nearest parking lot and chill for a min They legally cant initiate a stop if ur stoped parked somewhere Don’t give them time to get behind you is the key to getting away

they 100% can pull in behind you while parked and initiate a traffic stop. I was watching your dash cam you never went above 45 and by the cops on admission the speed limit was 45 so they blatantly lied about the original reason for pulling you over this should be an easy case for you to beat by yourself but I would get a good lawyer and go after some money because they obviously targeted you just because of your car

Yes you should defend yourself but keep in mind it will take years before you will get compensations and thousands of dollars cost remember the judge is probably almost always going to favor the cops the process of litigation is the punishment

@@TheNewEraxo a lawyer who knows mechanics, or this area of the law, would be more direct, that if it's not a street legal part, there is no defense. the courts are slow and expensive for everyone, the information was just generic advice.

It's a violation of federal law to modify any smog related equipment, but not every state cares to enforce a technical violation , or has the money to do so , even of it did.have the interest. California still has the worst air quality in the nation , so has local legislation and popular support to enact and support smog laws.

Cops are paid well enough so that if they desire a faster car than yours, it can be street legal . I am not saying that all cops are perfect citizens, but am glad most don't have f the citizens approach to the workday.

Street takeovers have given popular support to ending the events , so any modified car that looks low income will get heat, simply because of the amount of cars rolling by , and there isn't time in the day to stop every modded car. .

Yeah the supreme court has actually ruled they are allowed to pat you down, but are not allowed to do an invasive search. There is a difference.
