Neat build. Some time back I drove down to a box store looking for a specific kit. Well they didn't have one. None of the car kits interested me. I saw this one on the military shelf so I wasn't to go home empty handed. It's not my preferred scale or subject. That night I watched Christene. One of the vehicles was a military issue truck used for a civilian company. I thought about doing this as a "wrecking ball" that might be used in close quarters for demolition. I was unsure of any assembly problems so it is still on the shelf. Thank you for this post. You moved it up on my to do pile.

Don Chamberlain : Renwal/Revell actually issued this kit back in the 60’s/70’s in white styrene with civilian decals as a commercial wrecker...

Im building the Revell issue from 1984 right now and injoying every part of it.I spotted it on ebay and thought ive got to get that.I dont remember this about before but was only into cars then.Ive got into building ex military vehicles and have the Heller GMC and the Monogram M34 on go all at once lol

Damn you ! That was my favorite kit when it first came out. I really loved building it and I can remember to this day. NOW I WANT ONE!!!!!!! I had all the Renwal kits I could find. Sooooooooooo ..... What's next?
