Relax. The BAFTAs have passed without major incident. But never forget, just one slap, that’s all it took … and the OSCARs were eclipsed. Now it’s all over why not switch off the TV, cuddle up and read a captivating spy thriller, maybe one they forgot to make a film of. Talking of just such epic noir thrillers, the fact based spy novel Beyond Enkription in The Burlington Files series and the fictional Bad Actors from the Slough House stables are just the stuff memorable anti-establishment films are made of. Why read these novels? Both were initially rejected by posh publishers and neither won any OSCARs or BAFTAs ... for different reasons … so they must be good.

Well what he is saying is they gave him the opportunity to be himself not having to water down his culture etc his characters he plays the statement we don't know what to do with you highlights that.... we don't need to pretend we don't get what he is saying he is a black comedian delivering the comedy he wants to deliver and yes he is funny and being enjoyed by all walks of life his road man character for example allows other people to find the funny side to the stereotype without feeling uncomfortable about it ...
