I agree. The novelty of the location would wear off eventually. I'd rather buy something for 500k-1mil and spend more money doing the house up and getting it all for cheaper. These are cookie cutter houses to cater for rich people.

Is very nice *Borat voice*...not sure about 3.2 million though. Location counts for alot I guess...and the palm tree.😄💕💕💕

I agree. I think the pricetag on it though is more for the features ( velvet tv stand, leather walls, Dyson dryer etc) than the property itself.

Exactly ! This flat is literally right next to a huge homeless shelter - I used to walk past it every day- there’s a lot of dodgy people around there!
