Does it help to drop head temps down with this two mods? Or it is just cyl 8 insurance.

Do you think it’s possible to just pull the intake manifold and install the coolant mod and the oil mod instead of dropping trans or pulling motor? My application is a gen 1 5.0 in a F150. Since it’s 4x4 I’d rather not drop the trans & transfer case to reach the back of motor.

I'm not sure but ima say no, because you have to knock freezeplugs out with a punch and hammer,

Hmm, one more thing to fail. What happens if the lines or fittings start leaking? Gotta pull the engine.

I just got the engine in the foxbody today, looks like they're enough space to get it off with engine in car

I’d rather replace cheap fittings and lines than a 1600-2k head

@@MS07B3-G0UFheads are only $1k each, or less, ....but you're suggesting the heads will fail without this Mod. LOL why? My 2011 coyote has been twin turbo 1000hp since 2015, the heads have 230k miles on them, with valve seal & phaser replacement being the only maintenance that they've had. I don't need the oil mod and neither do you.
