​@@Sweettea897 when the ponies are infected (in stage 2) they aren't conscious enough to be able to understand their surroundings, so they can only remember their past memories that they had before they were infected (or in stage 1). So their memories will repeat over and over, over time their memories will fade away because of their brain-fog. Hope this helps, God bless

It kind of makes sense that the Tree of Harmony is behind this. For millennia it played an important part in the cultivation/protection of the pony species from greater threats. Now, at the height of their population....it uses that population. Like any other form of life, it wants to make more of itself, and what better to use than something that's been saturated with its own magic? I doubt there's any real animosity towards the ponies, it's just that life springs forth from more life, and they're compatible with the seedlings/spores of the tree. The fact that they can still move around for awhile after infection means that the chances of the tree's progeny have a better chance of survival and producing a "next generation" if they spread out and/or head into areas where yet more "trees" can find a place to take root. Celly and Lulu might want to consider evacuating off-planet. Much as I'm sure Luna would not like returning to the moon that might be the safest place to be right now.

But in my defense, viewers that enjoyed (or maybe didn't) the materiel presented WILL discuss or make comments on it. I’ve been binging your content and I got a nightmare tonight lol (it was of Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Fluttershy dead and mauled in the woods. Writing tips: strey away from terms like "a bit" when writing in an official sounding sense. Also maybe study actual field notes and scientific papers in order to get a taste for the vernacular.
