For me also

He's a fantastic actor - loved him ever since Shaun of the Dead.

Benji is such an unique character... those comic moments with him make Mission Impossible a perfect combination of action and non-forced comedy...

I have mixed feelings on Benji: he was pretty cringe in Ghost Protocol, great in Rogue Nation, good but a little too dumb at some points in Fallout, went back to a cringe and irrilevant human navigator in Dead Reckoning. I think they will kill him in next one, Pegg is too old now and he has lost most of his verve to me. Not that i will be happy about that: new characters are way flatter, dumber, cringer than him, and not even funny.

@@jesseowenvillamor6348 false: i like Benji, overall he is in my top five of MI characters, but his brilliance is very changing through the movies.

Dead Reckoning Part Two unfortunately got delayed by another year due to the Writers strike, 2025 at the earliest
