Capsaicin is definitely something I miss. ALL hot peppers... I do hope these really aren’t an issue for me.

Yeah, they aren't mentioned very many places! But definitely can be a nice addition to meals or salads.

What about wasabi? It's one of only 2 hots that doesn't feel 'too hot' to me, mustard being the other. I've also become a huge fan of mace since I used it on AIP last fall.

I believe you can do wasabi. I put that in the category with mustard greens that kill my nose so I hardly ever touch it, lol, but if you like it then I believe it's a root like horseradish so it should be ok?

I like to use fresh raw garlic to my food. Im sure not many can handle raw garlic, but If I wait for 10 minutes it gets really spicy. 😂

Ah, I forgot about that one! Mainly because I can't do raw garlic - it makes me nauseous for some reason. But it's really good for you so that's awesome you can do that!! Thanks for sharing 😀

@@MicheleSpring Hello Michelle I know it'll sound stupid but Is it possible to have a surgery for a new gut? So will the sickness disappear if I get a new gut?
