interesting how more old school players are more attracted Mourinho's demanding and hard attitude than these new one. Players have gone soft imo.

That’s exactly it. Players used to talk shit before matches and leave it all out on the pitch. Now they hug in the tunnel and laugh during matches...

Indeed...u can see how players in the past praised mou...like costinha deco duff terry lampard carvalho essien joe cole drogba etoo materazzi zanetti...they all were great players....nowadays players soft just like to be famous with social media thingy
That's why Mourinho was successful with Inter Milan 2010, because every player on the team was ready to die for him.

not every head coach had this kind of approach. Benitez didn't had same charisma like Mourinho, that's why Eto'o didn't get in the same page with Benitez

And Mourinho loves Zlatan. During a Roma vs. AC Milan game, the Romanisti kept calling Zlatan "gypsy." Mourinho went over to the Roma fans and told them to stop it. And they did stop.
Actually i think zlatan and mourinho have the same mentality. These 2 are going to stay in football history for life. "Confidence is not arrogance" this says it all

Footballers those days used to be bullied by Zlatan, Ramos, Pepe while these days they're just scared of cyber bullies....😶 P.S : any form of bullying is not acceptable but real life bullying is far more harmful than cyber bullying.

Players get millions and then say I am not happy playing under someone as an excuse for poor performance. Imagine being in any other field and saying I wasn't happy with my manger so I submitted a shit report.
