Have you ever watched a 3 on 3 football side try to organize and coach themselves lol. Everyone one wants to be Ronaldo, no one wants to be Scholes. Let alone an 11 on 11. Someone has to see the potential at training, the vision of as a whole, the style of play, how you train, and place you in a situation where what you do is your best as the best version of yourself consistently. Get you at your best, THEN get everyone firing at the right time of a season.
