good day doc. can i use first tretinoin and then after a seconds or minutes can i use minoxidil liquid? i have problem in my hairline and i’am 31 years old. thank you doc hopefully you will answer my question.

Yes it will act synergistically with Minoxidil. You can apply it 5 mins before Minoxidil.

Thank you! Tretinoin at night, don't use it when you're going to be in sunlight. You can apply Minoxidil 5 minutes after Tret, 5 hours after, 9 hours after. It doesn't matter.

Please answer this You said in this video that tretinoin can be used either in combination with minoxidil or separately...you explained in details about the process of using it separately...can you explain how to use tretinoin combined with minoxidil...can minoxidil solution and the tretinoin gel or cream be combined as sometimes using the cream or gel between the hairs in scalp is quite hard and not each area of the scalp gets the cream or gel but the hair body does...and also which strength of tretinoin is best according to you as we have various strengths available like 0.1, 0.01, 0.05, etc.

Your video is helping us a lot! And thnx! I like you, but I don't like celebraties those people's thinking only about them self.

People who apply tretinoin to their face are often recommended to use sunscreen every day because tretinoin can make the skin more sensitive to the sun. When tretinoin is used on the scalp to address receding hairlines, it's likely that the scalp becomes more vulnerable to sunburn. This increased sensitivity to the sun may lead to a higher risk of skin cancer. - just my guesswork....

Hello doctor I was using minoxidil lotion before but to no avail then switched to oral minox but still couldn’t see any improvement after 6 months. Should I use topical with retino-A or should I keep using oral minoxidil (2.5 mg)

Oral Minoxidil is better. But seek your doctor's advice too.

good doctor, I am already a good responder to minoxidil already, can I still boost my results by adding tretinoin? Also, I think for diffuse thinners only option is to use a compounded/premix solution :/ since applying tretinoin gel all over scalp between existing hairs seems virtually impossible. what do you think?

If you are a good responder no need to go for an overkill. I always advise pre compounded formulations.

If I'm using minoxidil foam, differin gel, and a moisturizer, what order should these be applied and how long between applying each? Also, does adapalene enhance the efficacy of minoxidil the same as tretinoin?

Minoxidil should be allowed to act for 2 hours after which you can apply the moisturiser. Yes adapalene is retin-A

Generally with scalp as donor we expect return of volume/density from 3rd month onwards from shedding. What about beard hair as donor, should we expect to see increase in volume from 3rd month onwards or isit different for beard grafts on head as the the hair cycle of beard follicles is different.

There is no shedding in the scalp/body donors. You probably mean when skin show occurs due to overharvesting!

doc, can I use 0.05% retin-a mix it in my minioxidil foam? Or should I use retin-a 5 minutes before applying the foam? Can I use this regimen daily? hope there are no side effects.
