    Will this series apply to walking? Making the transition to a minimal shoe, but experiencing a lot of insertional Achilles stretching to the point of maximum load and pain present. I've been a heel walker and stand in my heels which has always been painful. I'm working on altering my gait for walking also with hopes I can stand without pain in heels

    Both of my daughters, (8 & 11) have flat feet. What concerns should I be aware of and should they be wearing inserts? My 8 year old occasionally complains of heel pain. Would love a video on this type of condition! : ) Thank you!!!
