I've justifyed this build by telling myself I need this bike to move around at the homestead. I've used quad bike and UTV for short trips but this fat tire minibike would be even better.🤔😀
Glad to see you back, Donn! Mr. Chop was very hungry today!

Wow, very creative, Donn. Would have never thought you'd build a mini bike. It's like it's been inspired by a WW2 troop bike. Will enjoy this series. Thanks for sharing 👍

Your channel reflects the fact that a huge shop and every top end tool on the market is necessary to design/fabricate something. The builds we've seen you tackle make that very clear. I hope you never get bored or tired of this-and that you continue to be inspired. Looking forward to the next video. God bless.
I still chuckle every time you use Mr Chop. :D

Something easy to design, with a big footprint for some fun sloshing around the farm. 👍

Yup, the main reason for this bike will be moving around the farm.👍
What a delightfully over-engineered frame jig for a mini-bike, the most Donn thing I've ever seen.

@@DonnDIY A very Donn statement! If it is worth doing right, it is worth over doing! Most mini bikes I've seen are held together with chewing gum, zip ties, duct tape, and Grandma's prayers. 🤣🤣🤣

Having fun and learning from your videos. Thanks for sharing with us Donn. Always enjoy your videos. Fred.
I love the name of your KZread account. Donn DIY. I am not a welder or fabrictor and even with all your tools Ik could not do anything you do. But I think that DIY is a little underrated. Love what you do and I will keep folowing you. (Marc from Belgium - sorry for the bad English)
Nice project👍. I like your pipe bender! $1080 usd regular price in my area for a new China made 5hp(212cc) Minibike. Max speed 20mph(32 kmph). I think someone could get it to go 50kmph! 👉I know your bike will be 2x better built than the China one....!

I like your table , a nice fully functional table anyone can create. So many options to setup n clamp pieces. Would be good in my line of work, millwork especially in solid surface dept.
@DonnDIY
4 ай бұрын
The main reason I like this table is the fact that I can use regular clamps to hold stuff down. And when I don't use the table I can use the clamps on other things. Dual purpose stuff when it works is superb.🙏

Very nice! I used to own a 1970's fat tire Super Bronc mini bike. Fat tires make for some strange geometry in corners, so be prepared on your first ride. Loving the project so far!

@@DonnDIY The further the traction patch is away from the center of the tire (when you lean) the more wonky it feels. You'll see. Still fun to ride, but can get crazy if you are riding on uneven terrain or hit a rock or log with the side of your tire. Hopefully your bike rides better then a Super Bronc. Your design sure appears much sturdier.
Awesome work Donn. When you're done you can build me a trike with fat wheels. Keep up the good work. :)

The gearing might be interesting on it indeed. CVT helps but I'm also using a 60 tooth rear and 12 tooth front sprocket. But I'll find out once I can test drive it.👍
