Pikachu, Tim, and his missing father Harry, Howard Cliiford, Mewtwo, etc. They are all charcters from the ORIGINAL game. Even the flipping aipoms in the begining of the movie are from the video game.

Yo Chris minecraft actually has a lot of cool lore, like creepers (a mob type that explodes) were originally a failed pig code. When minecraft was free on a website instead of getting into a legal battle Notch accepted a QUAKE 2 tournament from the thief of his game, an he won so they took it down and made an apology video. Also a ton of cool stuff they could do like herobrine, a creepy pasta that was made from minecraft. Also the enderdragons a girl Pretty hyped with all the things the could do, wondering ff they'll use the old minecraft versions or the newer ones?

mojang have stopeed putting "removed herobrine" as easter eggs in changelogs. they have also banned all marketplace content that includes herobrine. It is clear the mojang do not like herobrine to be associated with them anymore.

But how would they do a Roblox movie? There’s thousands of different games on it… What a Bloxburg movie that soon jumps to Murder Mystery 2 to soon Flee the Facility, ending peacefully at Work At A Pizza Place? Roblox would be too messy and sounds quite boring, whilst with Minecraft they can do many things. Like first movie the Dragon, second movie the Wither. Plus Minecraft is one game, sure there’s games people have built in it, but Roblox has no one set main game.

They might have the Ender Dragon be portrayed as a male or with a male voice in this film if it talks. The Ender Dragon might be a it without necessarily a gender but with a male deep growling voice. Just saying some good points.

We don’t even know if this film takes places entirely in the fictional world similarly to Mario or Detective Pikachu or if it’s a stupid Jumanji thing. I hope it’s not the latter and is fully set in the fictional world. I do think the characters will be animated while everything else is realistic and “live action” ish. But yeah, there’s no concrete answer to what the origin for Minecraft means or if it’s a figure of speech. Remember when the stupid directors for that 1993 Mario movie said their movie was “the origin and real story for Mario”? Yeah that was completely stupid.
