Gr8 panel Toolroom Team. Main thing I’ve learned on rejection is if the rejection doesn’t come with specific, meaningful critique, and even better opportunity for follow up, it’s pretty much meaningless opinion. Same goes for many things, like surfing. If someone just says you suck, what value does that have? None. 🤙🏽😎🖤

What the music industry calls “now you have to wear many hats”, the rest of the world calls being an “entrepreneur”. Entrepreneurs have known this hustle since the invention of fire. Small business management and entrepreneurship are well documented and generally very relevant to any industry, so find some entrepreneurs for mentorship. If you have problems with what that requires, I’d strongly consider a strategy that includes a day job, which BTW can be way less stress and possibly more successful than an all in music strategy. Good luck all 🤙🏽😎🖤🕺
