    Isnt your sub going to clash with your kick’s sub with kickstart at just 55% wet on the bassline?

    The full course is a must watch. Myself and a couple mates have watched it 10 times 😂 like a favorite movie. It’s one of the best full track from scratch videos we’ve ever seen and some of the techniques have become staples in our releases 🧮🤙🏽😎🖤🕺

    I love these interviews. So much insight from people in the industry. I just started a new channel and instagram with zero followers. Working on building out content, writing ideas for them and seeing results once posted. All while trying to produce/get gigs. Hard work but it’s fun! Cheers Toolroom

    Really like this artist. The way he used piano chords in his tracks with tech/"trancy" basslines. Very happy to see he shares his work and hope you'll share others videos from him. Cheers

    @DJTwenty2020 clip to zero. Some producers use it to clip spikey transients where needed, allowing the master limiter to do less work and achieve louder mixes.

    Awesome! For the low end in Latin House, do you recommend a tom instead of Serum for example? Would you combine both?

  • @ToolroomAcademy
    @ToolroomAcademy24 күн бұрын

    Tom, Serum, or combine both, they all have their own use, so whatever works best for your track! During Crusy's on-demand course, you can see the extended version of this video that covers basslines with Serum, as well as Toms 🙌

    Toolroom is a very respected label for house and tech house, tribal house, Latin house, minimal house and similar house derivatives. It also includes great artists, but I think it is not right for an artist who produces original things to be a signed artist in Toolroom. Because toolroom releases and supports home genre songs consisting of sound packages sold through splice, this kills creativity. I am reviewing the 2019 toolroom catalog and it was great between 2019 and 2022, like the champions league, now I can't see a truly original recording, the artist pool does not excite me as much as it used to, it doesn't excite me as much as it used to. There are a lot of problems. I can say that they are really outdated when it comes to houses. Now the world and music are changing. I can't tolerate house music below 130 bpm. I think they should release house records and be a little more underground.

  • @reverbate
    @reverbate24 күн бұрын

    Toolroom Academy have full courses on their own platform. They also have programmes of 3 months on specific topics with live classes. Fader Pro on the other hand is a platform with all sorts of courses related to electronic music from many companies, being Toolroom Academy one of them

    Everybody should play some 30 person gigs now and then, helps you remember your roots and reminds you that those big established parties are likely the reason 1,000's of heads turn up, not your name ;)
