A 10-minute guided mindfulness breathing meditation led by Madefor Advisor, Rory Cordial. Practicing mindfulness breathing is a part of the Breath Challenge in the Madefor Program. During your breathwork time, you want to be completely attuned to the sound of your inhales and exhales, the movement of your belly, the air filling your lungs. If your mind wanders, notice it without judgment, then return your focus to your breath.

    This really works for me compared to other meditations I've tried. When I was finished I felt a tingling or humming sensation around my hands, head, and arms. Thanks alot for the video.
