I feel more stressed and tense now. So many of the body parts we were supposed to focus on hurt for me; in a yoga exercise usually one is to focus on relaxing, or tensing and relaxing, a specific muscle or body part. Or imagining better blood flow, etc. Here the body parts were just named, and we were just supposed to focus on them? How is that helpful or relaxing? I definitely don’t feel more rested, just amazed at the lack of thoughtfulness/writing skill(?) in the creation of this piece, and wishing that I had spent that time differently.

I’m sorry your body hurt but I think for majorty of us just awareness of it is important as we spend our lives without much proprioception and that is kind of the goal where you take out time to be aware of your own body. If you’re hurt you’re right yoga’s practice of relaxation of body parts by directing your breath and body scan could be better

It’s not bad but in my opinion the voice is not very hypnotic. It strikes you as you fall under bringing you back up to awaken. Try playing with the tone of your voice as professional clinical Hypnos do.

Did anyone use this for dopamine and working memory, it’s freaking insane, after try this i get up and working instantly on my objectives, and started planning for tomorrow to do list ? Weird, it’s even like a mild form of adhd drug but without the jitters and robotic feeling

Dr. Huberman sent us and I appreciate he did that! Easily the most well done “Yoga Nidra” script out there! Plus it’s also less than 25min which strikes the perfect balance!

This is the best script I’ve found. Even better than the channels which specialize in Nsdr. Rain and atmospheric noises are definitely not needed. Are there any other scripts by this guy?
