This was excellent, the best meditation I’ve done in a while. The box breathing really helped quiet my hyperactive thinking and the music really calmed me. I loved how this was put together very soothing voice, the technique and music was superbly arranged. Thank you so much.

I can’t hold my breath for 4 seconds after exhaling! I vape nicotine! Considering this is for people who are bigger, many of whom have breathing problems… this isnt helpful!

She says we can modify the breath to fit our comfort, try starting out with In 2, hold 2, out 2, and do it for 5 mins. See if that helps.

I hope you find the strength to quit using nicotine! It could also help to experiment with the breathing, learning how long you can hold your breath and over time holding and exhaling for longer periods of time. :)
