    @@inseiin I bet the same local residence spend the next 12 years complaining about the lack of available housing, and the cost of what is available. Seems silly to tear down a building because its too close or in the wrong zone by 2 feet or some other such nonsense.

    I lived in Arlington when the Cowboys stadium was demolished it was crazy to watch it go down after being there for so long!!!

    You ought to see the demolition of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada's Traffic Bridge in 2016. It was broadcasted live provincewide and made headlines nationwide. It is REALLY cool, and should be included in any future videos!

    I've had the opportunity to watch in person quite a few implosions thanks to my husband being a concrete contractor. I absolutely love them, the sound is electrifying. Watching it drop is really exciting.

    Exactly, right?! Twin 110 story towers falling into their own shoes at nearly freefall speed, (just one second shy) leaving a debris pile I don't know how many meters SHORTER than it should have been, courtesy of the nanothermite doing it's cutting thing, and then there's the 47 story WTC #7 building falling down FLAWLESSLY, just like iit's big brothers, WITHOUT being hit by a plane, yet there's still some schmucks (but mostly shills) who still cling to the 'official' story! For them, I've got a cheap bridge in Brooklyn!

    We are doing a lot of demolitions in the city of Detroit. The Packard Plant being the largest. No explosives. No dust and debris falling from the sky, onto other buildings. Just plain old construction equipment demolition. Interesting to watch as it slowly occurs on video.

    we have some big ironworks getting torn down that way in central omaha to allow for the big hospital to expand. it's actually cathartic to sit and watch the big excavators chewing the iron frame building down bit by bit.

    As a child growing up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan (NYC) during the 1960's, I remember demolition crews on the Brownstones across the street using sledge hammers and crow bars and good old muscle...and if there were a crane with that big iron ball, it was even more fun to watch from the 18th floor in our new apartment in the Wise Towers...

    I was pleased to see our local demolition at #2. I remember watching the demo of the Wellington Hotel (Albany, NY) on my computer at work...we were all watching it; amazingly colorful!

    The back section of the Wellington was reserved as off-campus rooms for SUNYA students back in the late 70s. I lived there from 1977 to 1979. I actually flew a kite from the roof thanks to those fire escape stairs. It made me sad to see it come down in this video...

    Underworld, the football players you showed were the Kansas City Chiefs and the story was about the Dallas Cowboys stadium. Even though the Chiefs started out in Dallas, they moved to Kansas City during the 1963 season. The Cowboys have been Dallas' only team since 1963 and the imploded stadium was built in 1971 and imploded in 2010.

    The people living behind the towers in the first clip will be spending the rest of their lives trying to remove that dust. They will never be completely successful (unless they move or die from breathing in all that dust). I know this because I have to deal with the daily dust clouds from my cats' closed cover litter box! Lol.

    The Chen Village sets a new World Record surpassing the 1998 Villa Panamericana/Las Orquídeas Housing Complex in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on this demolition 17 buildings was imploded, on 2017 Chen Village doubles the number with 36 Buildings

    In all structures, the standing members, that is the vertical ones, are called columns. The horizontal ones are referred to as beams. Try to remember that the next time you narrate something about a building.
