Chef and Owner of the Calderon Club Gino Fazzari has cornered the market on pizza in Milwaukee. His family can lay claim to the original pizza recipe in Milwaukee, which defines the Milwaukee style pizza. Gino also owns San Giorgio, a certified Neapolitan wood fired pizza restaurant two doors down from Calderone Club. Host Luke Zahm stops by the restaurant to meet the chefs to try and determine his favorite style of pizza.
