Grind in your mag Chuck, balance wheel, 46H wheel, dress your wheel, use center of mag Chuck

Your surface grinding wheel is probably out of balance. Also grinding length wise with can warp the part, pulling it off the magnet.

Ryan Herold where were you two years ago when I was trying to figure this out, lol. But yeah in my case it was part wheel balance and part just wrong wheel.
