    What cutting speed do you used for little endmill and how often it break? Thanks, usefull videos!

    Aleksey Plotnikov do you mean the end mill I cut the lock bar with? That's a cheap 1/16" end mill. 5100rpm about .9ipm. they last forever. The depth of cut is only about .012" though. I edit out some of the passes to speed up video.

    Yes, exactly this I meant. I thought It can be made only by electroerosion or hydro abrasive handling. Thanks for your work!
