@@farhatali6769 I think the binding of the dough will be a bit better with condensed milk or melted butter instead of just milk. I personally use butter/ghee for it's smell

same, it was was made the videos fun and interesting. now it just feel so bland and boring and like he disappeared. really loved the roasting and storytelling in the subtitles. edit: nevermind. he added subs. it's so much more funny and alive now.

This is somewhat similar to a Filipino milk candy called "Pastillas". But instead of flour, we use milk powder.Then, we coat them with sugar instead of cornstarch.

Oh, I have another version of this tho. My aunt always makes them for new years. Powdered Milk mixed with room temp butter and a bit of powdered sugar. And then drizzled with melted choco

This is an Indian dish too, we call it Pede But we make it with actual milk. We put milk and sugar in a container and keep boiling it until it becomes a sticky dough like consistency, then we make balls out of it :)

Takes a lot longer then 5 minutes. I kneaded for about 30/45 minutes. But they where great. I added a tad of vanilla flavoring and rolled them in powdered sugar instead of cornstarch at the end ❤

i made this today! although i kinda failed when mix the dough (maybe because i put too much condensed milk?) but it turns out good! i also add matcha powder💚

-.- condensed milk and corn starch = ppl are like omgggggg thats look delicious dahhh with these 2 ingredients u can do many stuff with , continue the recipe to something really delicious pls .

Brigadeiro' de leite is pretty addictive. I wish whole milk powder is cheaper and more widely available in my country. Sadly, whole milk powder is not easy to find.
