Maybe a 3 peat but at least get back to back and snag a 3rd one with this core with a prime jokic in the next 3 years. If they 3 peat they’ll have a chance at 4 even if it’s not 4 in a row. And who knows then maybe a 4th mvp for jokic too, but it will be tough due to all the race hate(he would already have 4 if it wasn’t for that). Only MJ and Lebron have 4 of each.

    The Nuggets definitely woke up after that Game 2 debacle. The extra four days of rest did wonders for Jamal Murray as he has been ballin since. Aaron Gordon is playing like I hoped he would when we acquired him from Orlando in terms of his offensive production. If he can give the team 15-18 ppg, they're dangerous. His defense has always been great, but the way he orchestrated the offense when Jokic got in foul trouble & hitting his shots all over the court was amazing to watch. Time to finish the deal with a home win Tuesday night and another one to go to the Western Conference Finals.

    Thinking the nuggets would get swept or only win 1 game in the series shows either a lack of basketball knowledge or being a pro sooner if the moment. A team that finally got past the first round vs the team that’s been on the verge for years and finally broke through while keeping the core together says enough. They dominated them all reg season, and let them creep up on them game 1 and game 2 couldn’t throw it in the ocean game 2. If you seen them dominate the wolves all year why would you think the nuggets only getting 1 win the series. It’s one thing to think they might lose the series but shocked at not swept or just getting 1 game is a foolish take. Also the wolves didn’t dominate the nuggets game 1, Antman just went God Mode and it was enough to pull it out. And no I’m not a hater, I been talking bout Ant man since he was at Georgia and I like this wolves team and wish this was the conf finals, but I’m not dumb enough to count denver out like people did

That’s the reason why he hasn’t been everyone’s MVP even though he deserves to be. Instead of the nuggets if it were the lakers in same position and had come back to even the series there would be outright GOAT discussions, that’s how biased they are against a white international player.

    Malone running the offense through Gordan was the reason why the nuggets won game 4 and tied the series. It confused the Timberwolves and the 3’s he was hitting was like he really can shoot the 🏀. His 27 points helped the nuggets get the win.!! And now jokic is jokic/ Murray is murry if Katt doesn’t help Edwards nuggets take a 3/2 lead tonight.!! Justin holiday gets a honorable mention for hitting 3 threes and scoring 10 points.!!

    I think it should be pointed out that, that run at the end of the second quarter to end the half that was pretty much the difference in the game, was all started from Joker’s defense on Ant Man..he got the steal and ignited the fast break and it was on. I only mention this because Joker gets slagged all the time for “not playing any defense”, yet here he is making game/maybe series changing defensive plays on Anthony Edwards of all people. Joker 🃏 is one of the best rebounders in the league, and is actually pretty dam solid on the defensive end. I think it’s time the narrative changes on his defense. He has also had several blocks in this series (and numerous steals against the LaBron and the Lakers last series). Joker 🃏 is a good defender!

    Some of these analysts are/were deluded into thinking that it was the real Nuggets that turned up in first 2 games of this series - based on all we know of them, it was clearly an aberration and maybe it was down to some complacency setting in off the back of how they beat the Lakers despite being behind in the first half of every game in that particular series. The level of critiscism/ridicule they got saying that it was all over and they were getting swept etc etc was the wake up call (poking the bear with a big stick) that they clearly needed and it really wouldn't surprise me if they were now to go on and close out the series in the next 2 games.

MN woulda been popular in the 90s with their D but aint no one got time for that in 2024. We wanna see Denver win by draining open 3s! Way more exciting and defense basketball is too boring. • @RobertCoxxxx777

    @RobertCoxxxx777

    @mariopippin3008 I wouldn't say it's rigged it's just that they changed up the reffing so that it limits MN on D to the point they can't really put up any resistance, and that let's Jokic, Murray, etc score unhindered without MN's annoying defense getting in the way. That allows The Nuggets to really shine cuz they're unstoppable when they get open looks, and this is what the NBA audience wants to see. So I applaud Adam Silver decision

  • @RobertCoxxxx777

    @RobertCoxxxx777

    @mariopippin3008 They maybe went a bit far this last game, limiting MN's D too much, but they'll figure it out. I mean Jokic didn't even have 1 turnover while assisting or scoring on 70 pts. 1st time in history. So they may have to adjust and at least allow SOME d in the next game, so it's more realistic and competitive. But so far I really like the change up because offense basketball is way more exciting to watch. Ain't no one got time for defense boring basketball it's just dull.
