Mie ayam/ chicken noodles recipe, famous Indonesian dish!
This is one the famous Indonesian food, you can find it everywhere, in restaurant or in the street.
I live in Germany so I have to cook it by my self, all ingredients I found it at Asian store.
Ingredients:
300g chicken breast, cubes.
150g Shimeji brown mushrooms.
7 cloves of Garlic.
oil for sauteing.
2 tbsp salty soy sauce/ kecap asin.
2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce/ kecap manis.
1 tbsp sesame oil.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp pepper.
2 Pak choi.
- boil in hot water
400g fresh/frozen Chinese noodles.
- boil according to cooking instruction
1 tbsp sesame oil.
1 tbsp salty soy sauce.
1 tbsp Oyster sauce/ fish sauce.
Garlic oil:
Oil.
Garlic, chopped.
Chicken/mushroom stock.
salt.
serve with fried wontons.
garnish:
spring onion.
fried onion/shallot.
sambal, chili.
