Absolutely disturbing….had a neighbor post on Next Door App that we need to help this family!! We certainly were furious at what we saw and heard. It’s a crying shame that this had been going on since May. This family has been through too tooo much for far too long!! Thank You for covering this and getting this out there!! Much Light and Love to everyone, everywhere!! This day and age we’ve got to turn this around . Not excused!

Something needs to be done. That happened to me when I purchased in the E Murray Holladay Rd 4680 S in Holladay and Nothing but continued harassment forced me and my family out after 2 years. I feared for our lives to the point of not sleeping and my kids at the time moving in with their school friends. This is unacceptable. I still hurt and have mental issues over the way law enforcement in Holladay handled this, the neighbors, and the Court when I tried to file a complaint. We didn't get Justice and I lost everything after saving my hard earned money as a single parent to own. I was proud of myself until the first day we moved in. IT was HELL. I want JUSTICE FOR this family. Utah come on you better than this right? Wellis

@johncspine2787 Well, see how it's nuanced. It's because she didn't kept going back over and over not leaving them alone (harassment). BUT* some ppl commented that she should be charged for simply saying hate speech. I just wanted to emphasize that hate speech is still protected speech under 1st Amendment. So again, it's not that she was mean and said horrible things. It's that she wouldn't leave them alone. Right?

The lady will ultimately arrive at the intersection of "Wrong thing to say" and "Wrong person to say it to"....At that point, her obvious challenges will be unable to defer a motivational seminar that will rapidly devolve into the realm of the "unfortunate".....and she'll be able to measure how good her insurance coverage is at the local ER....

Hawaii news hasn't said a word about this story, which blows my mind, because this raises serious concerns about potential biases in her previous legal proceedings

Well. We don't know if the lady has a mental illness. She seems like there's a couple screws loose. In these situations the best solution would be for the judge to mandate sensitivity training, learning about historical tragedies, and sensitivity training etc. Basically, to attempt to soften her and. Change her ways. Instead of simply arrest her or something like that
