I'm in the 2mg range and it works perfectly. Pain is almost completely gone. I'm off all opiates. I take kratom twice daily . I have my life back. I was on 20mcg patches and 30mg oxy for ten years. I'm free from that crap finally. 😊

Despite what so many say, as little as 2 mg of THC in a gummy can get you feeling a little high. Call it a micro-high. You won't be out of control, but you'll feel pretty good. Just don't believe all reports that euphoria arrives at 5 mg doses and higher. Yes, you can feel high with a 2 mg THC gummy.

I like her definition of low-dosing. .5mg-1mg of THC as opposed to 5mg. If you’re not used to the effects of THC or you’re a lightweight (like me), even 5 mg can put you into a pot panic attack

Great video. I had to learn this the hard way as a teenager with trauma. My experiences were riddled with panic attacks and horrors until I decreased my dosage far below what all my friends were consuming and I just happened to "discover" terpenes while under the influence, before the studies were even out (this was ~15 years ago) and this changed everything for me. By focusing on them in my experience and observing the interplay between these (at the time, for me) unnamed compounds that I recognized from other natural sources (which I know now are called terpenes), the Cannabinoids, my body and environment, my experience became positive and I grew exponentially, became healthy again and realized the extent of my spirituality. Was able to take a look at the things in the world which had been making me sick my whole life, gain understanding and the ability to radically accept what I cannot change and change the things I can. Best journey.

I also see that most of what is regularly stocked is the most potent stuff. Maybe it's more popular, but I don't feel served as a patient who doesn't want to get "stoned" at all.

I microdose recreationally and I definitely still feel it but it is much more manageable and enjoyable. I cut a 2.5mg thc gummy in quarters and take one quarter at a time.

I find the X MAX V3 PRO Vaporizer the absolute best for micro dozing as it only heats the air not the chamber. I use dozing capsules and get at least 5 or 6 goes out of 1 dozing capsule. Totally of the tramadol 400mg per day that i was on for the last 6 years and it has totally changed my life.

First time I see a video about microdosing cannabis, thats nice it is happening. Unfortunately the medical one is not very available for me in my country, but i discovered the method for me, because i love to smoke. So I smoke cigarettes, rollups, and i tend to put inside just a little, thats barely even one puff, and I feel it inside me, Im not really high, but not completely sober. It helps me to grasp control over my adhd wild mind, at the same time its not taking away the ability to actually do something. Sometimes its nice to get baked totally, but usually the microdoses, work best for me.

Love for you to talk about THC percentages, how to choose flower, etc., I understand the edibles are most practical to start, but not knowing when it will take effect actually causes anxiety for me. The anticipation. I feel very in the dark as far as choosing flower, for example, because the concentrated vapes are much too strong. Any ideas or other videos anyone can recommend?

Many patients find tinctures as useful alternative to other extraction methods, as it allows for more precise dosing. We would also suggest looking for products with a higher CBD:THC ratio, as that will reduce the strength. Hope this helps!

Its funny how we all have been overdosing weed. I heard that actualy high dose is from one gram of standard weed modern is 16 doses good ass doses. When people say weed is like drinking alot but that is cuz of the dose

Yup, I been doing it wrong for 20 years. Use to buy a gram and roll a blunt. I've been using way too much. I end up not getting high at all and feel like I'm chasing it. But when I cut back into micro doses my tolerance decreases and effect become better. Yeah definitely over dosed.

We are so sorry to hear about that! Cannabis can help with some of the symptoms of depression, such as appetite stimulation, anti-nausea, and even some euphoria with a head change. It's best for short term relief, we recommend seeking psychological services for persistent, chronic depression.

1mg is a pretty low dosage and can be hard to find. Many edibles can be reasonable cut up into smaller pieces to help you find the lower dose you need.

I guess my consumption fits your description of microdosing, and it's been working really well for me. I've had some "issues" with products that I'm using, though, that you might be able to address. I use cannabis only at night, as a pain reliever (terribly screwed up back) and sleep aid. I've found that any THC dose greater than about 9 or 10 mg causes anxiety that makes sleeping more difficult. I hit on a combination that worked well for me once I had a few nights to get accustomed to it. I was using 1/2 of a Hygge chew that started out at 10mg THC, 10mg CBD and 20mg CBG, as well as 0.25 ml of a Zion 1:5 tincture that delivered about 2.5mg THC, 12.5mg CBD, and smaller amounts of CBG and CBN. All good until I ran out of supplies and my tincture was out of stock, so I chose to substitute a JILU 1:4 tincture. Then, when my gummies ran out, I had to substitute a different formulation of Hygge chews in an attempt to recreate a similar dose to what I was accustomed to. It took a while to get used to those products. Today, I had to renew my supply again, and guess what? Neither the tincture nor the gummies I was used to were available. I got as close as I could to a total dosage matching my previous regimen (at least as far as THC and CBD are concerned), but I know I'll be spending the next several nights tinkering and adjusting to get the optimum combination for me, and I'll be losing sleep in the process. I know a lot of the supply problem is a result of the infancy of the cannabis market in Utah. Is there any way you might suggest to help determine approximate equivalencies of products that might help me or others maintain more constant dosing, and do you see signs of the market stabilizing so I will be able to consistently find the products I'm used to?

More babblers. People want to know how many mg a lets say peppercorn sized piece accounts to, people don't want to buy scales and measure their loads carefully, they want a simple, average, generalised assumptative imaginative example, aka, "this peppercorn is X mg of weed, figure the rest out yourselves".
