Cannabis does help with some pain issues but cannabis is not as strong as opiates no matter how much a person advocates or attempts to argue their point!!!

Hello. I'm beginning to have neuropathy symptoms in my feet and hands. I attribute it to the PMR and GCA I suffer from. Both of those cause inflammation of joints and muscles. I get an infusion of Actemra once a month but still have joint pain and now the neuropathy pain. I have not discussed this with my doctor yet and would like to start taking CBD products. Can you recommend something? Thank you. I am 75 tears old.

You tell people its hard to kick opiods making it so i have ben taking opiods sence 1986 morphine oxyes got tired of oxyes so i quit no problem but still raking morphine not because i want to but because the goverment says i cant take anything else the VA finds thc in your urine no more pain meds till they say ive also quit taking any meds for awhile not hard to quit taking them but cant hack the pain of a broke neck back ×3 neck fused shoulders leg and knee also shot ×4 going to say f it cannibus works morphine dosent ive built up a huge tolerence for opiods you dont build up tolerences to pot good pot works every time all the time oh yeah have seizure disorder due to head injuryand scaring on my brain i did have fun breaking my self to peices have had 18 or 19 surgeries to put bones / joints back to gather neck is fused except 2and 3wish i could get a bounis or at least a diascount on next sugeries got 4 maybe 5 coming up in next year oh by the way im 70 sory to get your hopes up no way im a modern kid theyd be dead by now
CBG is CBD's younger, more energetic cousin. Really great mixed together as well. Buying the actual hemp bud/legal cbd or cbg cannabis is most effective. Also MUCH cheaper than the oils, etc. It's very subtle (might be best is smallest amount of thc be added?) - but energetic/clear headed vs. cbd's often slight sedation. Also THCv is most excellent, very similar to CBG. Regarding THC & wanting a little buzz (but less anxiety) - go for Delta 8. It's only in minute portion of plant so have to buy as a vape, gummy, etc. I think (and hope) growers are selectively breeding cannabis plants to one day have naturally high Delta 8 marijuana. It's up/fun/mood change without the overthinking of regular THC. Leave a little fuzz hours after, but not much.

I support Utah's "no flame to flower" law for educational reasons (engaging individuals with science on many levels) but I do feel that we as a people/coming together, ought to perhaps ease up on public use. I say this because I too suffer with anxiety, and I do prefer cannabis over many other medications when it comes to treating ptsd, however I'd like to know that I (being responsible and respectful) can legally medicate while exploring Utah's mountains or on some of these paths/asphalt trails running through the neighborhoods as a part of therapy without the feeling or pressure of being attacked or ticketed. No doubt in my mind there is a good amount of people who could use this support.
Personally what works for me is very low delta9 thc content and higher cbd content to mitigate my anxiety and panic attacks. If I use cannabis that is high in thc it almost always triggers severe panic attacks so I prefer cbd in any form and for immediate relief I prefer hemp flower that I can smoke or vape.

I believe CBD/THC topical benefits are initially recognized by the reduction of inflammation from the affected area. This allows the true source of strain/ sprain to be isolated. A combination of lavender with the cannabis is a winner.

So I get paranoid off of thc. When I smoke CBD I get anxious for about 5min due to the relax. Would CBG not make me feel anxious. I would rather feel more up and relax than tired and relax. So would CBG be the go too?
