Спорт

The time Michael Jordan delivered a stunning 53-point performance against Grant Hill and Allan Houston. Plus, the exchange of trash talk between MJ and his ex-coach, Doug Collins, made the icing on the cake for the entire story. If Grant Hill didn’t get that terrible injury he’d be an all time great player.

Jordan almost shot 80% from the field for 53 points. He got his points from wherever he wanted on the court. No one is beating Jordan in his prime. The man was a walking bucket.

Poety in motion, whether its dunking, shooting free throws, fade aways, and three pointers. Never to be seen again in my lifetime. No other player then or now had played every game like it was their last. GOAT, period.

Mentally, the Pistons had lost before they played the game. Their own coach's perception and projection of defeat, had them losing already. Is that what most teams faced against MJ's Bulls team?

Its crazy how MJ, Magic, Bird, Duncan, KOBE , Kareem, Wilt, are supposedly passed by inadequacy/Lebron ( Flopper, no accountability, team jumper/ super team creator, Title skill, balco taking (allegedly), I know I’m missing something). Nah. Lebron hasn’t passed any of those guys. And we can add others. Stop feeding into that subliminal message. Lebron isn’t even great. Just bc you can run at the rim and can’t be fouled, and can make a layup, doesn’t make you great. If he is so great, why does he have more losses/turnovers than most.

Because you clearly weren’t around to watch the games, I’ll fill you in; I love Kobe, but his 33 came mostly in the 4th when the bulls had already beaten the lakers and Jordan was icing his knees with 36. With his 55, 42 came in the first half all while MJ wasn’t guarding him. At halftime MJ said he was going to take Kobe, in which he only scored 13 more - all while MJ wasn’t guarding him. If anything shutting him down from scoring further is a testament to how good MJ was even at 40. Have you ever seen someone switch onto Kobe and shut him down? I can’t think one.
