Afterer MJ'S death the boy said that nothing happened & that he was forced by his father to say things in fact he wasn't talking to his parents he also went to court to divorce from his parents & now the Arvizzo family when the jury heard the mother testimony they were laughing about how crazy the story was and to hear that it wasn't the first time she accused someone of rape she accused her ex husband of rapping her daughter & she also accused JC Penny guards while confronted her they molested her for 7-9min after they found her & kids stealing& JC Penny settle for some thousands even when they had the survallian camera tapes that nothing happened. It's called liability. That's what MJ did infact it's not an admission of guilt even in his conract settlement he made clear & Chandler was ok with this. Now the books found at MJ'S home weren't child pornograghy even the police said so you can Google search & you can see the list of books & it's content were not illegal & were not child pornogragh. Ok some playboy yes(he was a MAN). Finally Tom Sneddon the prosecution attorney everyone said he had a vendetta against MJ even the jury noticed it & you can Google search that he had many lawsuits against him for use his power in the wrong way. 15 years FBI investigation on MJ'S phone calls, letters & everything & they don't have nothing wrong on him that's an understatement people are doing but guess like Diane Diamond & media & tabloids are more reliable ehhh. The fbi also had an informant working at Neverland. He said Michael would show up on a Wednesday or Thursday because he had people coming for the weekend, innercity children, sick children, other entertainers, business people, family; etc. Afterwards, he would leave Monday or Tuesday and they wouldn't see Michael again at Neverland for another 2 or 3 months. He didn't actually live at Neverland in the 90's.

And to add he was not just investigated by the FBI but other agency's as well including the police and child protective services. In these investigations they had interviewed many other children who vehemently denied that Michael ever touched them inappropriately. All these charges were as a result of greedy money hungry parents and a very horrible prosecutor.

It makes sense why Micheal liked to hang around kids. Kids are so much more relaxed, they love to play games and never scrutinize you.

100%. I'm 27 and trust a child more than an adult. I work as a cashier and days can be grueling, but seeing a child be happy and playful, it always brightens my day, like seeing a cute puppy. Daniel Clark Clark ...from what I've seen, his legal team advised him to to do so, to avoid losing hundreds of millions from his World Tour that was in progress at that time. Trials such as that, can take anywhere from 6 months to a year or more.... so they advised him to pay out a fraction instead of losing hundreds of millions. A terrible solution if u ask me- should have rescheduled the tour, because it appears to be a admission of guilt. But, none of us were there...and I'm not going to side with Wade or Safechuck, just because they CLAIMED to be victims!! They need to present proof before I, or anyone else empathizes with them...that's common sense!!

Once you research each accusation individually, it's kinda pathetic how weak and unconvincing each of the accusers are. It's not that the fans are showing blind faith in their idol, it's that there really is nothing to go on in terms of evidence or credibility. If Jordan and Gavin were molested, why aren't they publicly siding with Wade and James now? If Wade and James were molested, why did they both wait 30 years to come out? The world has been calling Michael a pedo since the early 90's and they both conveniently realize they were victims in recent years after he's deceased????

As well as the CA taxpayers’ money! The DA wasted their money on a witch hunt. I do not know what Sneddon’s beef was with Michael, but it cost the state & its taxpayers tons of money.

Please just stop..why can't ya'll get your shit together and simply deal with the fact that Michael IS innocent! Tell me one thing..if there was money involved..then why did michael wanted to proove his innocence so badly the hard way..going to court..taking pictues..going trough a lot of stress..he was rich as hell..he could just pay it off and that's it..but he DID NOT! I didn't tbh , i treated this case normally like i wanted every word in the case That's why I read it and when i defend him i use different cards to defend him , there is alot in these documents

He's 100% not guilty. FBI found nothing. The list goes on and on. When you're the most famous person on the planet, people will do or say anything for money.

@@fa11234 He settled for 21 millions was it? That just spells innocent. The FBI records doesn't clear anything, they only add more allegations and weirdness. MJ has been accuse of child molestation from the 80's until today, and my guess is there will be more coming too.

His home was raided twice by over 70 sheriffs yet they found nothing both times. He went to trial where he was found not guilty on all counts. Court documents show that it was a fair trial and that there truly was 0 evidence to show that he did anything wrong. The accusers were proven to be liars and extortionists. As you just saw in the video, the FBI secretly watched him for 12 years, secretly installed cameras and bugged his computers yet saw nothing suspicious in all that time. In fact, they saw that he was an innocent man and even noted him in the FBI files as the victim of it all. They go into detail about this in over 300+ pages. They're public on the FBI website. The largest law agency in the world cleared Michael Jackson. He was the most famous person in the world which made him the most misunderstood person in the world because of the lies the media spread about him over the years. He was the target of both extortionists and the media. However, you should research some of it yourself just so you can see it for yourself. Please don't believe your family, they clearly read into the media too much.

Jamie Reeves OJ and Bill Cosby didn’t go through a gruesome 12 year investigation, 2 grand juries, a separate FBI investigation which consisted of secretly surveillancing him and bugged his computers, this vindicated Michael Jackson a second time, 2 raids of his home which were conducted by over 70 sheriffs (in which they found no evidence) and also a strip search where no child could accurately describe his genitals. Also OJ was only acquitted because it was seen as a race war and half of the jury was black. Black people saw his acquittal as a win for the black community and once they saw the glove issue, they rushed him out. Also Bill Cosby has over 50 accusers, Michael Jackson has a few as a result of being the most famous person alive. There is no comparison.

@Jamie Reeves Don't get it twisted. It was NOT hush money, it was a settlement which is on record. Hush money is under the table. His attorneys strongly advised him to settle for that it would be less expensive. Settlements are not an indication of guilt and that's basic law. He only settled the civil case, not the criminal case which means he was still being investigated and wasn't preventing a trial. And in the end, the family ran because they got what they wanted.

You wanna hate on Michael cause you can't handle his greatness, go ahead. I don't care. For me and for the millions of other people, he will always be the greatest performer of all time and not just that, but also one of the greatest men to ever walk the earth.

That Michael Jackson may have been more than just a little bit dodgy is a fair enough comment. So too is the idea that he didn’t have an easy childhood, it’s the environment that makes us what we are and so on. And yet to insist that Michael Jackson is not - or was not to use grammar - innocent is to deny the very basis of civil rights and justice. For we are all innocent until proven guilty. For those still alive, for we cannot libel the dead, it is actually libellous to insist otherwise. That those funding the ads are weirdos is possibly true. That they’re wasting their money on their obsession could also be correct. But they are just stating an actual fact about our universe. Michael Jackson is indeed innocent. He’s not been convicted in a trial, with evidence, jury, the ability to confront his accusers and all that. He’s innocent.

Tracked his phone calls, searched all his homes multiple times and found NOTHING. and it’s not like mike had time to prepare to hide his things because the police came and he had no idea and he had to strip in front of the cops. The boys were asked to describe Michael’s body, and they got it completely incorrect. James safe Chuck claimed he was abused under the train station in 1993, but the train station wasn’t even made until 1995 and is supported by the WORKERS that built the station. Wade admitted that his father MADE him lie, and if you don’t believe me, Wades father killed himself after Michael died from guilt. His father said (proof by recorded phone call) that they will ruin Michael’s life and he will never ever make another record. Wades mother, claimed that she jumped around up and down when she found out Michael died. But in the doc (which they were sued for putting fake evidence AND editing clips) she claimed she didn’t even realize her son was absued until 2013. Wades sister, whom was also with them, saw nothing happen. MACULAY CULKIN, who famously was friends with Michael, also claimed nothing ever ever happened between them. Michael’s manager, Frank who was friends with Michael for over 50 years, with him all the time everywhere saw nothing. Michael’s security guards, saw nothing. Wade actually again like I had stated, admitted to lying. But when he wanted to be apart of the cirque de soile Michael tribute, and they declined is when he came out with the allegations, also to mention he is a druggy, alcoholic, tongue kissed his sister etc. Also, the kids, only went to neverland, 14 times. In the entire time they knew each other. And funny part is, Michael was only there 4 TIMES. You may state that well, he had bells by his doors so if anyone walked bye it would ring, but he did that because he was on drugs, to relive the pain THIS ENTIRE SITUATION caused. Mike never wanted his kids to see that. Try to come at me again.

And if there is claims from the maid that I didn’t see, my support Is, she was fired for stealing from Michael’s home. Michael easily had the power to hire the best lawyers and sue her. But he didn’t. And she’s lucky.

And one thing also shocking for me that accuser's parents were taking money to settle the case ,how they can take money from the culprit of their children they should punish him at any cost if they already have taken the main step for justice, culprit and innocent both can offer money to save their pride or to save himself from punishments ,it looks he made settlement to save his pride and provided Chances and showed the path to the other greedy peoples to use this weakness of him to make money for them too, finally it was his good decision to fight in 2005.
