Jurors on Michael Jackson’s Trial Remain Split

Members of the jury that acquitted Michael Jackson in his 2005 sexual abuse case are speaking out about the King of Pop in the wake of the explosive documentary "Leaving Neverland." In the new documentary, Wade Robson and James Safechuck describe in shocking detail how they say Michael Jackson molested them as children. Both men defended Jackson in the past, but they said they are speaking out about their claims now after coming to terms with Jackson's alleged abuse. #InsideEdition

I just wanna say that Gavin Arvizo (the accuser) said Michael Jackson showed him a adult magazine while he was at Neverland. However when Michael’s lawyer Mesereau asked him if the magazine he was holding in his hand was the one Michael showed him, Gavin said yes. Then Mesereau told him the magazine was issued 5 months after Gavin Arvizo left Neverland.

Fighters fan. Pretty much sums up the entire arvizo case. All lies. It's amazing how many people believed gavins story of being abused by Michael after the living with Michael Jackson documentary was aired when the whole world was focused on Michael, outraged and hysterical about the hand holding scene. It's crazy that people didn't notice that the district attorney had changed the timeline of alleged "abuse" after the rebuttal video emerged showing the Arvizos defending Michael and criticising Martin Bashir for being manipulative and deceptive. The district attorney even added extra conspiracy charges and kidnapping. When Michael was acquitted the media were outraged, humiliated and vengeful. When leaving neverland came out the media weren't interested in facts or wade&james's cases being dismissed twice in court, or their lack of credibility or inconsistent timelines and narratives, they were only interested in payback.

Ray Hultman, the juror, was shopping a book after the trial. The only way he could have been given a book deal is if he changed his mind and said MJ was guilty because pro-MJ books would not sell. The other jurors were offered book deals too but only on the condition they portrayed MJ as guilty. Ultimately the book was cancelled as Hultman's ghost writer was found to have plagiarised several defamatory Vanity Fair articles.

Not true. Innocent no, not guilty yes. There is a big difference. This video was edited, he had more to say , not just a feeling. Can not prove innocents. None of us were in Michael Jackson's bed. There was not enough evidence to render reasonable guilt. Fact is Michael Jackson admitted to and no one disputes that he as a grown man had male children not his own sleep in the same bed with him. This is very twisted and lends to being suspect , But doesn't mean he necessarily fondled the children's genitalia and thus be a pedophile. No other grown man would get away with this behavior and yet somehow Michael Jackson is viewed as kind innocent soul.

I don't believe the accuser. He's a big liar. I hope the estate wins the case against HBO. P.S. whose kid did he molest that's in hiding but keeps this stirred up? NO ONE that's who! Now a spurned child at the time or adult with a crush that was turned down or ignored; now that's what I believe. Someone spurned!

Wade basically lied under the law if you think about it like isn't that a crime so that just gives me more proof and evidence Michael is and always will be innocent leave him alone let him rest. This is also affecting his kids I can't even imagine how they must be feeling especially Bigi. A real victim doesn't go around and do tributes to their abuser or go to their memorials after their abuser has passed on.

The law is designed in such a way that even if they believe he was guilty, if there is the slightest doubt, they have to vote not guilty because it is better to let 9 guilty people go free than it is to convict 1 innocent person. He believed that he was guilty of abusing other boys but he wasn't 100% sure about Gavin at the time.

Both? Michael only faced one trial of sexual abuse. You have to consider that they weren't trying to prove that Michael was a child molester, they were trying to prove that Michael molested Gavin. The veredict is based on the charges presented in the case. Like Raymond said in 2005: "I feel that Michael Jackson probably has molested boys, but that doesn't make him guilty of the charges presented in this case." It wouldn't be correct claiming that Michael is innocent of molesting Gavin, because in law "not guilty" is not the same as "innocent." And it wouldn't be correct claiming that Michael is innocent of being a child molester, because they weren't trying to prove that. In law, being a pedophile is different to comitting sexual crimes against a kid.
