Great build all around. Like the saddle tan leather interior, stunning, because not many builders willing to do that treatment. The whole concept is eye candy. That exterior paint and wheels and bumper colors really work together. Would like to see contest results from this entry.

Did you hand paint the spokes on the rims or did you airbrush them? How did you keep the edge of the rim chrome without getting paint in it when painting the spokes?
@pturley84
5 жыл бұрын
I masked off the lip of the rim and airbrushed the color onto the spokes. Thanks for watching.

Hey Paul, happy new year....I just got this kit & I watched your build videos on it. Could you please tell me how & what technique(s) & tools you used to sand the Foose name off of the rear tailgate? I kind of want to do the same thing yet I want to make sure that when I remove the name, evidence of my removal work doesn't show......thanks much, Chris.

Thanks for watching and Happy Belated New Year to you also. I used sanding sticks and sand paper to sand the Foose lettering off the tailgate. I cut the sand paper up into small pieces so it was easier to work with and just went down through various grits starting with the most course and working to the smoothest until the lettering was gone. Hope that helps.

Hey Paul, by any chance would you know what kit that Ford decal came from? I think it's really cool that you used that decal & I'd like to find that decal myself for future builds, any help would be helpful.....thanks much, Chris.

To be honest I'm not sure off the top of my head where the decal came from. It was in my stash of random decals that I have cut off of old decal sheets. I'll see if I can figure it out.
