I'm Puerto Rican from NYC. There are literally 100's of Mexican restaurants in NY in the year 2022. I went to law school in Santa Clara (San Jose) , California. I developed a taste for Mexican food there. (early 80s). The food here looks so authentic!!!!!! I feel like flying out to Arizona to check it out. GIMME SOME OF THAT CARNE ASADA!!!!!! Dear Mark. Since I saw this video I was wishing to came to this tacos epson. Today Sunday Jan 30 at 12.30pm approximately went. I was very happy asking for the tacos. After they brought them, what a huge dissapointment. They were cold, dry, tasteless and the meat old. The corn tortillas dry and cold. I never will comeback. Also I ask for 3 different tacos 1 lengua, 1 adobada and 1 tripa and they gave me the wrong tacos, 2 dry burn and cold tripa and the other one, I never guess what was that. Super tasteless, and the meat tasted old. My friend and 3 teen kids did not like their tacos either. I never will come back.

As a Indian i love mexican food cool spices we go to rosarito tijuana loved taco el franc and taco mazatano ,love the people of mexico .

Mark's Mexican food content always makes me leave my house to go to the nearest taqueria.

Here in the US we have our choice of many world cuisines but the US and Mexico share an inseparable legacy of cuisine and history. Mexican food is the best.

I love this. I love the food, the people and the culture. I’m a middle aged white dude but I feel more at home with my Mexican friends than any other people. I love and respect their culture and food so much. This makes me homesick for a place I’ve never been and for people I’ve never met. Thank you for sharing this experience.

Im not even Mexican, but lemme tell you MEXICAN FOOD IS THE BEST TASTING FOOD ON EARTH TODAY AS WE SPEAK. You can't tell me in all Mexican dishes it's super flavorful and everything is always seasoned 🎯 never without flavor. If I eat a hamburger which is American food... There's some hamburgers that are just no flavor and some with flavor. Mexican food always got the FLAVOR ‼️‼️‼️

I love seeing people who are so passionate about their roots and where they come from. I also love how Mark celebrates their culture with them and makes solid friends along the way. The Mexican, Indian, Arab and Swahili people are my favorite when it comes to food. The tortillas, ribs, biryanis and chicken from these folks drives me straight to the kitchen.

I wish more people would be as exited about mexicans like you are man!
