Dont worry combos barely matter in terms of actual being good at the game. Pros lab and practice crazy stuff for hours just to hopefully land it once or twice in a real match. The games about predicting, dodging, positioning, and mixing up your opponent. Worry about those before any crazy footstool combos on KZread lol

Thanks so much! Initially after watching guides I had the impression mewtwo's combo tree was entirely dependent on a couple 2-3 hit strings and the rest was 50-50s and reads but now I see there's so much more potential to freestyle!

Maybe with that last combo after the second disable you could Uair > Drag Down Nair > Footstool disable into more stuff. Mewtwo has a really cool advantage state it’s a shame you don’t see more of them.

Combo concept (0%) tested on incineroar: Falling up air - double jump footstool on landing - disable - falling up air - double jump footstool midair - shadow ball cancel and lock - jablock - dtilt - fastball nair - dash attack. You can follow up after down tilt with anything that can string off of it. This includes but is not limited to up smash.

In Smash 4, one of my favorite combos is down throw to down tilt to dash attack to forward air. This really only works at low percents

Great work and great video, looking forward to learning these. Have you considered a part two for characters that have been updated since your videos were released, or would you prefer to complete the roster before tackling a project like that?

Id like to grab your attention real quick... First off, great vid, this is one of the cooler mewtwo combo videos. Even features nair dragdowns which are so hard to come across online. Here’s the thing about the Nair dragdowns though... you labelled them as concepts but Down tilt, nair dragdown, down tilt, up air, fair for exemple is a true kill confirm (confirmed by combo counter) at 60% that i managed to nail, being a pro but not godlike player. Nair dragdowns when executed properly are true. I know its too late to edit the video, but i just thought you might wanna pin a comment saying it or something In any case, great vid, loved your recent piranha plant upload too

What??

For that spike mix-up at 75%, you can (perhaps, I can't remember if it's all characters or no characters or some characters) get down tilt > down air true at around 35-55% character depending. And I haven't seen it but fast fall up air > down air absolutely can be true at a fairly wide range similar to the down tilt > dair but a bit wider. I love how much combo utility up air has, but god why did Sakurai have to give M2 the worst hurtbox:weight ratio in the game...

I feel like Mewtwo is slept on but at the same time he isn’t. Like, he does a lot of damage and has very good kill power but also doesn’t have a combo game that’s all too spectacular compared to a lot of other offensive based characters. Also tail. I don’t need to explain why his tail destroys him, all I can ask is for Sakurai to remove its hurtbox.

In is torwards the enemy out or away is torwards the blastzone. Rule of thumb is di out to escape combos di in to survive.

Frenzy, I love these types of videos, but can you have an outro for them? Because ending them just like that is kinda weird.

I have a combo. I play Smash 4. Plz correct of its not true. Starting at 0%. Down grab (maybe 1 hit), nair, fair. Or down grab, nair, (and if they don’t DI) dash attack, then nair, and keep going. If they opened leaves the stage u can end it with fair. U could also do down grab, nair, dash, nair and immediately fair. ( don’t know if that last one is true). Edit:tell me if my combos would place beginner, intermediate, pro, or maybe godlike!

Nair extensions are so hard for me with this character :(

0:30 A little detail. The combo is not true with 3 characters: Luigi, Bayonetta and Pokemon Trainer; Lucina and Marth could also scape, but you have Up-Smash to punish landing.

@@akshayjoshi2583 search for it on KZread, there are multiple ways. I recommend "beefy smash dudes" 's video on it.

I also think that a simple combo is “Down Throw into side smash/tilt”. I mastered this within seconds and is easy to throw out during a battle!

Could you do the same with my main meta knight ?

Are you trying to say that his combo game sucks??? Mewtwo has 40 to 50 percent combos that can't be DI-d (I know that they can't be DI-d because I've seen real Mewtwo players do them in real matches)! How does Mewtwo's combo game suck!?!? If you're just talking about him as a character in general then yes, he kinda does suck.
