if you were able to break down all the tech @1:56 it'd be really cool to have a source explaining all the little things you are doing. The biggest thing is never knowing if the bomb is gonna deal enough hit stun for me to follow up with something. (At least from throwing it)

Is there anyway that you could include button presses in future bread and butter videos? I know it's probably a lot more work to do so, but some of the bomb-lock combos are very hard to tell where/when the z-drops are.

Incredible combo potential on a zoner with big sword and good neutral. A shame a lot of the very best things require footstools, but after buffs this character could reach the highest heights with the right pilot.

INailedIt Training room combos are way easier to pull of than real combos. I can get a 25 hit combo with Shiek in training room, but it's not gonna be winning any tournaments anytime soon.

First, I said that they are easier to pull of in training room and that's why Frenzy Light and Sillintor could do them, I didn't say they would never be pulled off in a tournament. I also never said Link won't win any tourneys with them, I said MY SHIEK won't be winning any tournaments soon just because I know how to combo as an example for how being able to do training room combos don't equate to a strong character. Second, yes, the combos get pulled off, but they don't win tournaments. The best Link in the world is T, no contest, but you almost never see him pull out these insane Link clips on PGR players or the top players in Japan because they are insanely hard to set up and do in tournaments.

Why did I just find this now? Also I don't know why the footstool ones say true because you can tech them, it only works if the opponent doesn't tech. This is why I decided to main Link though, he's the sickest character in this game.

True but once you master them they're not that hard. And the more you practice the more routes you'll gain because Link has all the proper tools to swap moves, combo extenders, and finishers in almost every one. He has a high skill ceiling but once it's reached there's not much maintenance, you'll be able to pull these off easier than you'd think, and Link becomes the most fun character to play with

It just takes time to find the rhythm but the more you practice you find that not only can you do them with ease you be more reactive and faster with Link and can freeflow routes you didn't even practice. Once you get use to fastfalling in time and dashing the rest falls in place

Check out Izaw for the loops after that you'll know how to interchange them. The rest is practicing movement.
