This is such an amazing theme. It really suits the game well. It creates such an atmospheric sound.

Throughout my long career as a gamer (20 years) this I have to say that it is one of those titles that remains in my top 10 ever. I played it from PS5 thanks to the ps plus premium and I have to say that I was stunned by the atmosphere, the details, the narration and much more. I immediately bought the gold edition

I've beat all of the metro games dozens and dozens of times and I still enjoy re playing it. It's one of very few game series I can sit down and play over and over and not get bored. It's extremely underatted to.. I really hope we get another metro game or a remaster of 2033 and last light with exodus graphics and gunplay

I cried when re-listen the theme… of my favorite gamer experience.

I cried too. I don`t know why, I think it`s because I remember that the first time I played it and I miss a lot of that feeling. It`s too emersive this game and we feel part of that world and when the game ends, we feel lost.

The game emulates the feeling that a lot of veterans who come home. Their mind is still fighting on the battlefield. Our mind is still fighting the Metro. Tho this feeling is present in almost every immersive game.

It`s so depressing and I feel like crying but I love to listen to this theme, it makes me think about my life. One of the most immersive games that I`ve played until now in my life. I can`t wait to play the next one.

Honestly that's what I love most about the Metro games. Even on subsequent playthroughs they still hit just as good. Just finished my first Ranger runs on 2033 and Last Light, even got the good ending for last light unexpectedly and let me tell you, getting that ending when you're expecting to once again blow up D6 is an emotional rollercoaster of a moment lol

I don’t know why I enjoy this theme so much, but I think it has something to do with the tone. Previous Metro games have had the main theme possess an eerie atmospheric quality, which makes sense as in those games you deal with the Dark Ones, anomalous mutants, which are scarcely understood. But Exodus has a different tone, one of finality, that seems to speak to this being a do or die situation, where failure may ultimately mean the end of human civilization.

The start of the song gives off a tone of preparation per say. The end of it sounds likes now or never. Which definitely fits exodus's theme.
