⁠@@pacboy-1817The games apart from Exodus are all somewhat old atp, controls on console at least are very clunky and some polish is definitely missing, that would probably deter any casual gamers who are just looking for a quick game to play for a weekend. And while there isnt any “deep mechanics” you do have to do a fair but of resource management and scavenging, not to mention a casual player prob wouldn’t even realize theres a secret ending.

Ahhh I remember first playing this when I was about 13 or before I was 13(2013). My mom got me this and at first I thought "Eehhhh" and put it on the side while I played those popular games (call of duty, halo, gear of war, etc) and then I finally played it when it got late, ever since that single night I loved playing this game I always loved starting this game up and listening to the pause menu theme, one of the best gaming experiences i had, (also I used to love watching that red head chick at the venice👀) I still got that game disc and cover and I'm protecting that with my life, one of my treasures❤

I remember this year finnaly getting a decent computer, re-discovering the Metro franchise while being actually able to play it and right after finishing Metro 2033, buying Last Light, installing it, turning it on and playing this until it´s morning and realising I need to go to sleep to avoid trouble because my father gets up early for work. I will remember these 2 days probably for my whole life XD

4A games didnt write this. Its a cover by Alexey Omelchuk, of La Revuese written by Marin Marais 300 years ago. It definitely is a masterpiece though. Do listen to the original, its better

Да ну. После 2 минуты говно какое-то пошло. Все было тихо, атмосферно будто реально в подземелье у костра с гитарой и автоматом сидишь. А после 2й минуты, громкий рок вообще не в тему, ну это опять же мое мнение

I love this universe, this atmosphere, is beautiful

This soundtracks gives me a feeling a whole world is opening up but the world ain't no merry place ain't the world keeps having the same atmosphere but after all you are just a tiny little thing. Fits really good with the game!

lol i pirated the older fallouts, i bought all the metros in a bundle cuz during summer theyre crazy cheap, ill probably buy 4/76 if it sounds like its worth it and theyre on sale

You probably wouldn't say the latter when it was during Metro 2033 and Last Light's launch since they charged for a higher difficulty but eh, the base game is solid as it is And the high quality of the 2 Exodus DLCs redeemed that for me

It was just 2 months ago, and this game has me in tears of odd nostalgia. I can't last 32 seconds in the menu screens of any of them without crying "Why are you such an amazing game?" This game is all I need in life.

Listening to this my hearth are beat strong...my mind is transport on the Metro, my eyes can see the empty darkness and inconsciosly image me with a gun in my right hand and a light in the left..so i put this against that Dark and wait the moment when the gun scream against the horror form run away from this void. I finished my sigarets and wait...wait...wait for my death or to survive to this neverending nightmare just to become more empty and worst of this void.

2022 theme

I played this game before knowing anything else about the series, and this haunting opening opened a whole new gaming experience for me. I knew I was going to love it before I ever even started a new game and I was right
