I grew up listening to songs like this, the 90s were amazing for music and definitely the last generation to keep it very real.

Jesus.. this is unbelievable. The second time I listened to this I closed my eyes, and felt like I slipped into another dimension. Just breathtaking.

Look how her videos are all professionally shot and edited. She is making it. Over night top 40 pop stars who have not the slightest thing in common with a musician have their 15 minutes and then they go away. Играл я 7 лет, даже был в группе таких же самоучек аля "гаражный бэнд" почти год. А кто решил что я "ДОЛЖЕН" знать нотки в децибелах ??? Вы так решили? @@bctesla Yes, she does, and I think of her as a musical alchemist. I'm kind of old and don't listen to a lot of the music she has transformed, but that doesn't matter at all. To my ears, she spins every tune into musical gold. I don't say this because I am a supporter. I am a supporter because I can honestly say this. Of all the pianists I have heard on KZread, she is the one who sings to me through that instrument. :)

Gamazda doesn't play music, she IS the music itself. I've never seen such virtuosity on the piano for music like this. She don't "cover" because these pieces are in a class of their own, their very own interpretation. Watch and listen - goosebumps PURE !!!

You could train for a hundred years, all day every day, and never come close to this... this is pure talent. I'm sure there's hard work and dedication... but that only takes you so far... it doesn't take you here by itself.

@@nyobunknown6983 I've been playing guitar every day for the 50 years I've been on this planet and I'm still only 10% the player my high school buddy was... it's a very physical, genetic thing... some people are wired to process smoother, faster, the hands... some people grip you like a wrench and some are delicate and surgical... talent is a very real thing and if you don't have any of it all the hard work in the world will only make you mediocre.

Just like you, i got this recommended and took a shot at it. But I disagree about the result. There's far too much theatralisation and "youtube show effect". If you just listen at it without image, it becomes far less impressive. Up to the solo (which on the other hand I really liked) there's not much sensitivity : it's pretty much all "power play".

Wow! I'm speechless, trying to make sense of what happened here! Your talent and dedication make this interpretation look like magic! Congrats!

My point was I could sit and close my eyes and know exactly the song and every note from the solo to the rhythm. YES... no drums. Not needed. She kept the entire tempo and at no point did I ever go “what song is this?”
