I think that kind of stage is way more enjoyable for the crowd (and the band), than the big circular one they use during the current tour. The band's members are playing next to each other, and the crowd is not spending most of the show looking at an empty stage.

Concerts "in the round" are much better at least in a arena because EVERYONE is much closer. In the stadium it's the same. This kind of stage is only something for the first few rows, then you don't see anything of the band anyway. It's hardly a great concert experience if I'm 80 meters away from the stage or even 100 meters... in the Round it's much less for everyone and for a band it's much better in relation to the audience anyway, for the same reason. Or why do you think they do that? You obviously don't have much concert experience....

@@fam.hunger5244 Chill out, I introduced my comment with the words “I think that“, so that's just my opinion, and you can have your own one and enjoy the concerts the way you want to. I've seen dozens of artists in concert, including Metallica on a circular stage (not as big as the current one), I prefer when the band's members are playing next to each other, facing the crowd, so my preference is for so-called “normal” stages, even if I'm far from the stage-I admit it doesn't happen often. @@thomashardy4384 i like the hardwired stage set up. stage wasnt too big and you could see all the dudes. this new one i agree is way too big.

My son and Joel from Evile was there and my lad caught a pic thrown by Kirk they were stood with Lars,s son at the front. Yaay!
