Not great. A nibbler isn't designed for that. It will tend to walk off the sheet. The width of the punch is more than ⅛" by itself

You never want to cut two layers at the same time. When cutting two layers you stop using the sharp tool blades to cut and are now using the sheet metal roofing layers to cut. It will kind of work but you will cut the life of the blades so much

The positive thing about hand tools when applicable as opposed to cordless/power tools is the hand tools don't need 3 monthly tag and testing(costly-Aus), usually can be disassembled and resharpened regularly, they don't fail if rained on or have been wet, no one's out to steal them when you turn your back because you can keep them on you and you only need to buy 1 good one instead of replacing from failure every few years, usually no one's going to ask to borrow, inexpensive compared to electric, much lighter and it's not going to boil your blood from vibration, keeps your muscles toned if not buffed, you don't have to worry about battery recharging or no power supply, The negative is the work takes a little longer(which is compensated with payment by the hour). WTF
